How will my domain name be registered and who will own it?

You will own the domain name. You and your company details will be listed as the Registrant, Administrative Contact and Billing contacts, we would only be listed as the technical contact unless you request otherwise. 
You are free to move the domain name to any registrar at any time and selecting to have 499sitedesign.com register your domain is completely optional.
